All the Mods 10 (ATM10) is a well-known pack for its tendency to have, well, (almost) all the mods. This version of the pack has a whopping 475 mods! One of the highest modcounts for any mainstream pack. Having a little over 10 million downloads, let's take a dive into what makes this pack better than the rest.
Featuring a blend of tech, magic, and exploration this pack allows for players of all kinds to have fun. The end goal of this modpack is to acquire the All The Mods Star, or ATM Star for short. While the path to get the star is long, most of it requires knowledge of tech mods, which may drive away the more exploration-based players. Regardless, the pack manages to be a fun experience despite it. Most of the included mods are quick to learn and understand, and the ones that are not required for the ATM Star.
The pack starts off slow, gating the best tools and items behind the pack's own Mining Dimension. Once you craft the teleporter to the dimension with the rare materials it requires, you can find the aptly named Allthemodium, giving you access to plenty of tool and equipment upgrades. Thankfully, the quest book provides you with a guide to getting there!
Having hundreds of quests really helps this pack, as many players may feel lost with so many mods on what to do. Plenty of mods interact with each other, with some of the notable mods being Productive Bees, Applied Energistics 2, and Mekanism. Being a pack on a modern version, it obviously includes Create, but it is mostly optional if you do not wish to use the mod.
Our recommendation to anyone starting the pack - make the 'Time in a Bottle' item. This can be used to speed up the tick speed of certain blocks, this does include most machinery. They can take quite a bit of time, but this afforable item can speed them up virtually for free!
Overall, we recommend you give this pack a try if you love long-running, tech-centered modpacks blending with magic and exploration.
