An awesome new factory game called Foundry has just been released, it's a first-person factory builder set in a procedurally generated and infinite voxel world. A big inspiration behind the game has been Modded Minecraft and Factorio, reminds us a little bit of Satisfactory too. We've now added Foundry server hosting to our offering, allowing you to get started building an epic automation facility!
Like other factory builder games, you get started by mining resources to build basic crafters, then slowly make your way up to conveyor belts and auto crafting. One of the unique parts of this game is that there is a voxel-based world, this means you can dig down (or blow up the ground) and form caves! You progress through the game you can create automations to drill through the world to gather certain materials for you.
As you wonder around the world, you'll find quite a few biomes, such as dense jungles, gigantic mountain ranges and plains stretching into the horizon, each one with even more to discover below the surface. Each has their unique challenges, so you might want to adventure around to find the one you wish to get started in!
There is an extensive research tree in the game providing extremely satisfying factory growth as you play though Foundry, different belt types, splitters, ways to generate power and even chemical processing plants!
With our superb Foundry server hosting, we provide you with an online server to play the game, allowing your factories and automations to continue running, even when you're busy doing other things. If you're playing in a group, it can significantly aid with connections and latency too.
