Exciting news for Enshrouded players as a new update has been released, just in time for Easter! The biggest part of the update is called Hallow Halls. It introduces a lot of great new content, fixes bugs and improves the overall game play experience, including better Enshrouded Server Hosting performance.
Within biomes of Embervale are new playable areas called Hallow Halls, which are sprawling dungeons that can be explored. To get started you need to talk to the Alchemist Balthazar who will have a new quest that will take you into the new dungeon, which will introduce you to new enemies that will test your combat skills and challenges to push your strategic thinking, the difficulty of which corresponds to the level of the biome they're located in.
As you explore the labyrinths, keep a look our for unique crafting stations that are equipped with exclusive recipes, weapons, building blocks, craftable decorative props and more! Preparation is key, as these dungeons are designed to be challenging. Ensure you\'re well-equipped with potent food items and robust weapons/armour to tackle the trials that lie ahead effectively.
Emily the farmer can now offer you potted plants which will add a lovely touch of colour to your buildings, you will need access to a kiln before she offers you this. That's not the only character with more to offer, Cade the Carpenter now has a new set of rounded doors and windows which can certainly make your buildings look more like a Shire.
If you've always wanted to have a rest while playing on your Enshrouded game server, do not worry, your character can now sit on furniture such as chairs, benches, thrones and even the toilet!
There have been numerous bug fixes and game play improvements, including ones to quality of life. The main improvement is that they have now fixed the 60hz issue which will provide much smoother experiences on higher framerate displays, here's some of the QOL improvements:
- Improved support for stack splitting in the backpack and chests. The size of the split stacks can now be selected freely. Items can be crafted in stacks too.
- The content of magical chests can now be used in crafting stations.
- The loot menu has been reworked to allow faster and more convenient collection of loot.
- Sending items to other players now has a more convenient menu. There is now a warning message if the backpack of the receiver is already full.
- A new ping function on the world map allows pointing other players in a multiplayer session to a specific area.
- Enshrouded Servers can now be searched and favourited via IP in the server browser making it even easier to join your Enshrouded Server Rental.
