Description

Interacting and providing support to customers directly though our ticketing system and on Discord, often working as part of a team to solve difficult issues that arise.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Responding to sales queries and questions asked by existing, new and potential customers.
  • Detect trends in customer requests that may need to be escalated.
  • Compose friendly and helpful responses.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use Discord for communication.
  • A genuinely friendly, optimistic, and helpful attitude.
  • Understanding of when to ask for help, and not being afraid to do so.
  • Familiar with at least several games that we host.
Helpful Attributes
  • Familiar with TCAdmin, Multicraft and/or similar game management systems.
  • Familiar with WHMCS or other billing and ticketing systems.
  • Previous customer support experience and/or technical experience running game servers.
  • Play games regularly, particularly ones we provide services for.
