Interacting and providing support to customers directly though our ticketing system and on Discord, often working as part of a team to solve difficult issues that arise.
- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Responding to sales queries and questions asked by existing, new and potential customers.
- Detect trends in customer requests that may need to be escalated.
- Compose friendly and helpful responses.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use Discord for communication.
- A genuinely friendly, optimistic, and helpful attitude.
- Understanding of when to ask for help, and not being afraid to do so.
- Familiar with at least several games that we host.
- Familiar with TCAdmin, Multicraft and/or similar game management systems.
- Familiar with WHMCS or other billing and ticketing systems.
- Previous customer support experience and/or technical experience running game servers.
- Play games regularly, particularly ones we provide services for.
