The brand new Palworld update has been released! Version 0.2.0.6 is now available with tons of new features, improvements, and exciting new content including the long-awaited raid boss, named Bellanoir. Introducing Raid Boss Bellanoir
Prepare to fight the dark with Bellanoir, a brand-new raid boss. This mysterious and powerful Pal possesses various abilities that mainly accentuate dark and ice attacks. The new Pals that are part of the raid cannot be captured but they will drop eggs once defeated, they are very powerful so ensure you gear up before attempting this challenge. New Items for enhanced gameplay
The developers have added some new items into the game that have been designed to improve your interactions with Pals and the environment:
- Training and Technical Manuals: Allow you to give experience points to Pals and unlock ancient technology points that can be found randomly in dungeon chests.
- Recovery Meds: Using these will slowly give you more health overtime.
- Ability Glasses: Know potential wild Pals without having to capture them first.
- Multiclimate Undershirt: Never be caught off guard by weather changes, thereby eliminating unnecessary gear swaps.
- Ring of Mercy: This ensures Pals cannot reduce enemy HP below 1Hp when attaching making it perfect for capturing rather than killing them.
Building and Customization Improvements
You will now be able to build more complex and exciting bases on your Palworld Server with the ability to create more freely by using upward-facing stairs and interconnected triangular walls. There are new structures added too such as the Electric Egg Incubator which creates the perfect conditions for incubating your Pal eggs and the Ore Mining Site to optimise mineral extraction.
Palworld Dedicated Server and Cheat Prevention
Enhancements to security have been implemented, with the implementation of a fix to prevent Steam account spoofing and supposedly seven other critical vulnerabilities that have been kept hidden from us by the devs.
They’ve implemented a new feature for Palworld Server Hosting too, with support for a new REST API allowing you to get information about the server without logging in. They’ve fixed the sorting on the server list and improved the page transitions on there too! The best feature in our opinion is the support for log output, which will allow you and our team to easily figure out what issue is going on with a Palworld server.
Looking Ahead
There is a much larger update planned for summer 2024, which is said to include an awesome new island to explore, new tower bosses and lots of new buildings. This Palworld v0.2.0.6 update is only the beginning, and we cannot wait to see what else comes and for further improvements to the Palworld Hosting experience.
